As a User Experience Designer, I understand the process of creating meaningful experiences for users. I empathize with the user to discover problems and design creative solutions. I am passionate about how design and technology can bring about change in day to day living. My goal is to create bold solutions and relevant experiences for users.
After many years as an experienced welder, I switched careers and turned to UX. I realized that everything I produced was centered around people. They may not know what I have done for them, but I know that I have made an impact on their lives for the better.
My approach to creative problem solving is to focus more about the people, the product, and the problem behind the experiences. I utilize the data gathered which helps me define the problem as a whole and to ideate design to create the best solutions.
In my free time...
I search for that great slice of pizza. Food is comforting to me. I chase that next cup of coffee. I travel through the best clearance racks to find that great deal. And when I am exhausted from searching, chasing, and traveling, I plop myself on the couch and binge watch my TV shows.
